This unique studio apartment is a remodeling of Plaza-Astoria Cinema in Stockholm. The interior of this studio apartment was so luxury and elegant. Like a five stars hotel for your own room. This unique studio apartment features 39 meters square terracen and an 22 square meters orangery. The main room has a ceiling height of 7.8 meters and includes such things as cool as a ring of fire, a luxurious bathroom with adjoining sauna, a Japanese leisure area, a raised sleeping area, a closet and a 5 meters high palm tree. The magnificent terrace has the sun all day in summer. In addition, the apartment also has two storage spaces of 92 square meters of total area. What a great living with this luxury apartment. Located in Santa Lucia Mountains, California, this house was surrounded by very beautiful view. To enhance that beautiful scenery, this house was built with large door and large glazing windows. Most of part of this house was made from wooden material, so it will enhanced the natural atmosphere around. The main unique part of this house is the roof. It’s filled up with grass, and be a rooftop garden. That sound interesting and very unique to enhance the natural atmosphere of this house. Very great and beautiful house.
